Abstract: 

The main purpose of the research is the pathology of the intellectual capital of ministry of oil. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population consisted of 900 oil ministry research managers and the sample was 269. The tool was a questionnaire whose validity was calculated as 94%. The results showed that in human capital indicators, experience and expertise are placed in the first rank, competence and skills in the second, staff motivation and satisfaction, teamwork spirit, creativity and innovation, problem-solving ability, and decision-making place in the third to sixth rank respectively in the order of importance. In the components of structural capital, the processes and procedures are listed in first, organizational structure in second, organizational culture in third, information systems in fourth, organizational knowledge management in fifth, human resource management practices in sixth, intellectual property in seventh, R&D in eighth, and innovation in products and process in ninth places of importance. The constituent components of social capital are ranked as: common values at first, shared language at second, trust, commitment, reciprocity, reciprocal interactions, network interactions, and the multiplicity of interactions were at third to seventh places of importance. All three aspects of human capital, structural capital and social capital have a good status in the ministry of oil and structural capital is better than the other two dimensions.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study is to design a model for evaluating the performance and efficiency of employees using the Normal and Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis In Headquarters of the ministry of oil. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the strategic units and headquarters of the ministry of oil. To collect data from the questionnaire And the ministry of Petroleum Human Resource Databases. The research method was descriptive and survey. For data analysis, we used fuzzy data and input-oriented model (CCR). Results showed that 51 samples, 14 The staff of the ministry of oil are managed (0. 24), there are 4 people on the efficient border (0. 08) and 33 are inefficient (0. 68), This indicates a low level of efficiency and effectiveness in the decision-making units of the ministry, which needs to train staff (empirical and academic) and attract specialized staff to improve productivity and efficiency That requires more careful planning.

Abstract: 

Servant leaders emphasize the service to others and sacrifice personal interests for the interests of others in order to empower individuals with greater freedom, self-control and self-serving as service leaders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of servant leadership on employee perceptions of organizational justice. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of correlation method. The statistical population consisted of all the staff of the oil ministry of Iran, in headquarters, which numbered 800 employees. Using a Morgan table, the sample size was 260 people. They were selected using simple random sampling. For collecting data, two standard questionnaires used by Barbuto and Wheeler (2006) and organizational justice Niehoff and Moorman (1993) has been applied. The validity of the questionnaires computed through Cronbach's Alpha was 79/0 and 84/0 respectively. Examining the information and testing the hypotheses was done by using multiple regression tests, Structural Equation Modeling, and using the PLS software, two parts of the measurement model and structural part were performed. The results of the research indicated that the servant leadership affects employees' perceptions of organizational justice. Also, each aspect of servant leadership (wisdom, self-sacrifice, persuasive representation, emotional healing, stewardship, and promise) affects organizational justice Which respectively have a significant tendency toward sacrifice, sacrifice, emotional healing, stewardship and promise, persuasive representation and wisdom.

Abstract: 

In this research, According to the text of Abolfazle Beihaghi speech, there was a new report of the ministey provided in Beihaghi history. Beihaghi brithely has distinguished ministry divan and the function of the minister and Pseudo-ministers. Basically, most impression only appropriated on the aspect of history ministry but hidden ministers, Pseudo-ministers or bad ministers were in Ghaznavi period, although they were unofficially ministers, also they interefered on the kings decisions and also their viewpoints were more important than the basic minister. According to the witnesses of construction of ministery in before and after Ghaznavi period, the article has provided that the ministry in Tarikh-e-Beyhaghi does not mean the minister of ministry divan exclusively, but it has some other meanings which are mentioned an article.

Abstract: 

Moving to newer generations of human resource management leads this management to adopt new approaches to respond appropriately, quickly and in a timely manner to change. This study aims to provide a model for human resource management agility with a qualitative approach and Grounded theory method. Due to the exploratory nature, purposive sampling method was used, which after conducting a semi-structured interview with 15 experts from Headquarters of the ministry of Petroleum, theoretical saturation was obtained. Kappa agreement index with a coefficient of 0/724 shows the valid level of data. Findings show that agility with the dimensions of speed and promptness, adaptability and responsiveness are affected from three causal conditions, five context conditions and five intervening factors and Through continuous improvement, strengthening strategic human resource management, development and empowerment will have consequences for individuals, groups and the entire organization.

Abstract: 

Settlement of disputes in service contracts with regard to the economic importance of oil industry projects and the need for speed in settlement of disputes as well as the specialty of reviewing of dispute and reducing the costs of proceedings has particular importance for countries over the last few decades. FIDIC provides a unit model in service contract and launches a new institution called the “ Dispute Board” in 1999 to resolve disputes. Iran’ s oil ministry in four periods announced several instructions for resolving of disputes. The results of the comparative review of these instructions at the FIDIC Organization and the Petroleum ministry indicates disadvantages such as the absence of Dispute Board members over the life of the project in the site, not mentioning specific dates for each process and also, failure to play the role of deterring these boards in the emergence of differences between the parties. the scope of this research is on general terms of contract in FIDIC for the settlement of disputes between contracting parties and Iranian models bugs. It should be noted that the present study has used a descriptive-analytical method.

Abstract: 

The task and role of managers in the age of globalization has become difficult. To solve the complex problems of globalization, managers need to be equipped with the knowledge of complexity and acquire new capabilities, and organizations must redesign their structures and processes based on global relationships. The purpose of this research was to design a model of competencies of human resources managers of the ministry of oil's in the age of globalization. The study was conducted using a Delphi method of 21 experts. Data were collected using a questionnaire with 118 questions and distributed in a random sample of 278 managers and experts of the ministry of oil. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling method to investigate the research hypotheses. As a result, globalization changes affect the intelligence competence, managerial competence, human resource competence, value creation of human resource competence, cultural competence of managers.

Abstract: 

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Depression is one of the most common psychiatric disorders that results in significant consequences in active population of the society. In traditional manuscripts, there are many indications about the antidepressant effects of rose oil. The purpose of this study was to determine the antidepressant effects of rose oil and geranium oil. METHODS: All experiments were carried out on male Swiss-Webster mice (25-30 gr). The antidepressant activities of rose oil and geranium oil were assesed using the forced swim test. In this test, mice were placed into a cylinderical glass (25 cm height, 12 cm in diameter) containing a column of 17 cm of water at 25±1°C. After 30 min (for the injection route) or 2 weeks (for the oral route) of the rose oil and geranium oil administrations, the mice were subjected to forced swimming test for 8 min.FINDINGS: Acute subcutaneous (s.c.) injection or chronic oral administration of rose oil and geranium oil significantly decreased the immobility time in the mouse forced swim test. The geranium oil response was biphasic. Pretreatment of animals with amphetamine and nortriptyline also reduced the immobility time. The inhibitory effects elicited by rose oil, geranium oil and amphetamine but not nortriptyline were antagonized by reserpine.CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the antidepressant activities of rose oil and geranium oil may be mediated through a presynaptic mechanism.

Abstract: 

Background & Objectives: Due to the numerous complications such as hot flashes in postmenopausal women, this study aimed to compare the effects of two phytogenic herbs including Evening Primrose oil and Vitex on hot flashes in menopause Materials & Methods: The present study was a double blind clinical trial performed on 150 postmenopausal women in 2014 in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. Women who participated in this study randomly used one of the two flowering plants and the vitagnus tablet or placebo twice a day for one month. Copperman's questionnaire was used to measure menopausal hot flash. At the end of a month, the results were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics using SPSS software. Results: The results showed that the use of Primrose oil compared to vitagnus had a significant effect on the duration and frequency of hot flashes (P <0. 001). However, in reducing the intensity of hot flashes, the two plants had no superiority compared to each other (p = 0. 6). Conclusion: Evening Primrose oil is more effective compared to Vitagnes in reducing hot flashes in women.

Abstract: 

Their challenge finding skilled workforce led to the competition to attract talented employees. This study examined the impact of employer branding on intention of talents to apply for a job. The Statistical population was engineering students in final semester in three top universities (Tehran University, Sharif University of Technology, and Amirkabir University of Technology). Data was collected by questionnaire from 267 students through the Stratified sampling in 2015. The results indicate that employer brand attractiveness had direct positive effect (0.175) and indirect positive effect (0.229) by corporate reputation on intention of talents to apply for a job. Also, from the perspective of students, value in innovation, development, social, application and economic had the greatest gaps in employer branding for subordinate companies of oil ministry.
